CM Ranch - A Great Place to Work

Wranglers are responsible for the safety and enjoyment of CM guests while they ride.  They teach basic horse skills while taking out rides suited to the needs of each individual guest, as well take care of the CM's herd of about 100 horses.

Kitchen crew is here to serve our wonderful guests throughout the week.  Their responsibilities include serving, preparing food, washing dishes, and attending to the unique needs of our guests. 

Housekeepers clean guest cabins and houses on a daily basis, wash guest laundry, and are responsible for making our guests' stay as comfortable as possible.

Maintenance workers are responsible for the upkeep of all property owned by the ranch, and greet guests as they arrive each Sunday.  

The office crew's duties include keeping guest information up to date, tending inventory, book-keeping, answering e-mails and creating the website, while also having the pleasure of meeting and greeting guests and tending to their needs.

Ranch Managers: Mollie & Hunter Sullivan!

Hunter and Mollie have extensive ranch and outdoor experience and a passion for ranch life.  Hunter spent 8 years at the Spotted Horse Ranch south of Jackson, where he served as Ranch Operations Manager.  He also has broad backcountry and fly-fishing experience.  Mollie worked as the Supervisor of housekeeping and dining services at the Spotted Horse, and also has customer service and sales experience.  Hunter and Mollie relocated from Shreveport, Louisiana, where they moved to be close to family after the birth of their son, Luke, who is now four years old.  They are thrilled to be back in Wyoming and part of the CM Ranch family.
