CM Ranch Rates 2013

Our guest season for 2013 will run from June 2 – September 13.
Rates are per person/per week. One week minimum stay (Sunday to Sunday) unless otherwise noted.

***10% DISCOUNT in effect for the weeks of June 9 - 16 and June 16 - 23.

***Late Season Specials are September 1 - 6 and September 8 - 13 ($900 pp plus tax and gratuity)

15% gratuity is added to bill at the end of your stay

4% sales tax added to bill where applicable. 4% lodging tax assessed on $45.00 per person per night.  25% of all riding adult and children rates are non-taxable guided services. 

DEPOSIT: A 30% deposit is required at time of reservation.

Personal, business, and travelers checks are preferred. Visa, MasterCard & American Express accepted.

Rates Include: • Accommodations • All Meals • A suitable horse assigned to each person
• Riding Instruction • Evening entertainment • Access to private fishing waters • Daily maid service • Participation in activities

Airport trips: $175.00 per car, each way. Please consider renting a car as we cannot lend or lease our vehicles.

Fishing Guide: Guide service and rental of equipment are available for an additional fee.

Pets: We are sorry, but we cannot accommodate any pets. There is a good kennel for
boarding in Dubois.

Cancellation Policy;  Cancellations made 90 days prior to arrival wil be refunded less a 5% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within the 90 days, deposits can either be credited towards next years season or forfieted. In the event that the space can be re-booked the deposit can be refunded less $100 per person cancellation fee.
